Lyman T. Johnson Postdoctoral Fellowship

Scholarship Description: The University of Kentucky is delighted to offer Lyman T. Johnson Postdoctoral Fellowship to study in the USA. The US, as well as Non-US citizens, are eligible to apply for this scholarship program.

The aim of the scholarship is to provide financial help to the US as well as Non-US citizens.

NEH-Hagley Postdoctoral Fellowship Foreign Nationals

Scholarship Description: The NEH-Hagley Fellowship offers a number of highly talented prospective students the opportunity to pursue a postdoctoral degree programme in the USA. The US, as well as foreign nationals, are eligible to apply for this fellowship programme.

Located on 235 acres along the banks of the Brandywine in Wilmington, Delaware, Hagley is the site of the gunpowder works founded by E. I. du Pont in 1802.

Degree Level: Fellowship is available to pursue postdoctoral programme.

Available Subject: The NEH-Hagley Postdoctoral Fellowship on Business, Culture, and Society support residencies in Hagley’s Center for the History of Business, Technology, and Society by scholars who have received their doctoral degrees by the application deadline.

Scholarship Benefits: The eight-month fellowship must be taken during the September through May academic year. The fellowships provide a monthly stipend of $4,200, amounting to $33,600 for the eight-month fellowship and $16,800 for the four-month fellowship. Fellows receive complimentary lodging in the scholar’s housing on Hagley’s property for the duration of their residency, as well as office space and the full privileges of visiting scholars, including special access to Hagley’s research collections.

Presidential Postdoctoral Fellowships at Cornell University

Scholarship Description: The Cornell University is inviting applications for Presidential Postdoctoral Fellowships to study. Applications will be judged on the qualifications of the candidate, and the quality and originality of the proposed research and its potential impact.

The fellowship aims to attract some of the world’s best young scholars to interact deeply with faculty and students on Cornell’s Ithaca-based campuses.

About University: Cornell University is an American private Ivy League and public land-grant doctoral university located in Ithaca, New York. Cornell is one of three private land grant universities in the United States and the only one in New York.

Degree Level: Fellowships are available to pursue the postdoctoral program.

Available Subject: Fellowships are awarded in any of the field offered by the university.

Scholarship Benefits: The stipend for appointments in the 2017-2018 academic year will be $68,000 plus full Cornell University employee fringe benefits. Each Fellow also will be provided $5,000 annually for discretionary research expenses including travel.

Yale University Henry Chauncey Jr. Postdoctoral Fellowships

Scholarship Description: Applications are invited for Henry Chauncey Jr. Postdoctoral Fellowships at Yale University in the USA. The Chauncey Postdoctoral Fellowships are funded by the Brady-Johnson Program in Grand Strategy for one year renewable for one additional year. The aim of the fellowship is to provide financial help to scholars around the world.

Degree Level: Fellowships are available to pursue Postdoctoral programme.

Available Subject: Fellows will work with an active academic community of postdoctoral and predoctoral fellows, as well as Yale faculty in history, political science, and other disciplines.

Scholarship benefits: The salary is $55,000 plus $5,000 for research expenses.
